Vindaloo
Another authentic, three-hour Vindaloo. It's a real ordeal to cook, so obviously only a weekend kinda deal -- although it works fine for a late Friday dinner with the lads getting the drinks in. Put on some Ravi Shankar or plop "Bend it Like Beckham" in the DVD player, and you've got an evening right there. I keep trying to make bigger and bigger portions -- and including side dishes, to make sure I get some leftovers, but the stuff gets eaten to the last morsel every time.
